Multiple shops

The home dashboard gives a quick count of shops alongside the overall current due.
Due & Payment
Add a due when credit is given and a payment when money is received.
Opening balance
Enter the amount already due before using BakiLedger. This becomes part of the current balance.
Transaction history
See clear Due, Payment and Opening Balance entries with amounts, exact date/time and optional notes.
Delete + Undo
Delete a transaction with confirmation, then use the Undo action in the snackbar to restore it immediately.
Today summary
Review today's added dues, payments, net change and the current due for a shop.
Optional notes
Attach a short note to a transaction when extra context matters.
Phone actions
Save a phone number for a shop or person and choose Call or Copy from the record screen.
Share statement
Share a concise balance statement with current due, total due added and total paid.
PDF statement
Export an individual record statement as a PDF file.
CSV export
Export all records as CSV or export one record's history separately.
Backup & restore
Create JSON backups and restore them later. The restore flow supports Replace, Merge or Cancel.
Offline-first
Core records are stored locally. No account or internet connection is required for normal app operation.
