BakiLedger keeps the workflow short: create a shop, record activity, review the balance, and keep a portable copy of your data.

Add a shop

Create a record for a shop or person and optionally add a phone number, address and an opening balance. The opening balance is the amount already due before you start using BakiLedger.

Record activity

Open the shop and add a Due or Payment. Add an optional note when useful. Each transaction keeps its exact date and time.

Review the balance

See Current Due, Total Due Added and Total Paid, plus today's summary and the complete transaction history.

Balance logic

A clear calculation.

The current balance follows one simple rule:

Opening Balance + Due − Payments = Current Due

Share a shop statement as text with current due, total due added and total paid.

Export

Create a PDF statement or shop-wise CSV, and export all records as CSV from Settings.

Protect your data

Use JSON backup and restore. Import offers Replace, Merge or Cancel before changing local records.
