BakiLedger 1.2 is designed as an offline, local-first app. This page explains what the app does and does not collect.

Information we collect
BakiLedger does not collect, transmit, or sell personal information by itself. The app does not require an account and does not require an internet connection for its core functionality.
Local data
Shop information, transactions, notes and balances are stored locally on your Android device. BakiLedger does not send this information to a remote server.
Backups and exports
BakiLedger can create JSON backups and CSV exports, including shop-wise CSV, and can create PDF statements. You choose where those files are saved and whether you share them with another person or service.
Sharing
The app includes an optional Share Statement action. When you use it, Android's sharing system sends the statement text to the destination you choose. BakiLedger does not independently upload that statement to a server.
Third parties
BakiLedger does not intentionally share your app data with third parties. The hosting website may have normal web-server logs when you visit it; those are separate from the offline app's local data. The website's contact form is a separate web service used only when you choose to submit a message.
Children
BakiLedger does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
This policy may be updated when the app's data practices change. The latest version will always be published on this page.
